This four-week journey is designed for women who have spent years giving, compromising, and abandoning themselves in the name of love, and are now ready to feel safe inside their own bodies again.
Through warmth-based healing, gentle touch practices, womb-centered ritual, herbal support, and intentional guidance, Womb and Worth creates a container where self-love becomes something you feel, not something you perform.
